Academic Regulations

• By signing up for any course, you agree to the terms and conditions contained in the agreement. The terms and conditions cover admission, fee program, assessment, training, and career assistance. If you are not willing to simply accept the Agreement,YOU MUST NOT USE AND shall not be licensed TO USE ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE COMPANY’S website, content, courseware, merchandise and services printed, available or provided by fingertips.
• During the admission process, learners/ students need to submit the requisite documents. If a learner fails to do so, Fingertips Data Intelligence Solution may cancel the admission immediately.
• After admission, if it is found that any learners provided wrong information or misleading the other students or spoiling the learning environment, Fingertips Data Intelligence Solution has the right to cancel the admission or enrollment at any time
• All the learners/ students enrolled in any program have to maintain at least 90% attendance. If the students fail to do so, Fingertips Data Intelligence Solution will not be responsible for ensuring final placement assistance
• If any students are absent for 7 days without any information, Fingertips Data Intelligence Solution has the right to cancel the enrollment.
• Fingertips Data Intelligence Solution provides customized curriculum according to the needs of industry and may change from time to time, for learners will be informed from time to time
• After successful completion of training, all the learners are provided Certificate of Completion. We also have a three months follow up process after training in which we provide needful assistance to students if required. No other perks will be provided to students after completion of the program.
• After enrollment in our program, students agree with our T&C of confidentiality of course content (both printed content and e-content).
• Breaching the protocols, violation of regulation, damaging the property of Fingertips Data Intelligence Solution will be subject to termination of enrollment at any moment. In such events, the students may also lead criminal/ civil proceedings.
• Students need to complete all formalities (fee, documents, assessment etc.) before completion of the program. If any students fail to do so, Fingertips Data Intelligence Solution has the right to withhold the Completion Certificate until she/he completes the formalities
• By signing the enrollment in any program does not guarantee placement or Job or Salary. We provide only Job Assistance in which we make ready for the interview. Your final selection will be based on your performance in interview
• Fingertips Data Intelligence Solutions doesn't have any responsibility or liability of any of their material missing or losses or damages or spoilage.
• If any provision or contract mentioned in T&C is held in any court or other competent authority, it will be void or unenforceable. Other provisions of T&C shall continue to be valid as same
• All information provided by Fingertips Data Intelligence Solution is considered to be proprietary and confidential, learners have no right to disclose or distribute or manipulate in any form even after completion of the course.
• Fingertips Data Intelligence Solution is a private for profit company registered under the Indian Companies Act 1956. It is an autonomous institute which provides different kinds of technical training. It has no association with UGC or AICTE or any other National body. If any program runs in association with any institute or company, it will be displayed on our website. For that, students are advised to check the authenticity and validity of that institute for their clarification or satisfaction.
• All the information related to your program/ course is shared on LMS (Learning Management System) regularly. Students are advised to access the LMS accounts regularly.
• If any students facing problems in accessing the information at LMS, he/ she may directly inform Fingertips Data Intelligence Solution management.

Program Fee

• The fee for all programs are different as per the weightage of course. The fee structure can not be changed, although Fingertips Data Intelligence Solution has the sole authority to change in special circumstances.

Academic Regulations

• All training programs run by Fingertips Data Intelligence Solutions are covered under Academic Regulations. Fingertips Data Intelligence Solutions may provide academic information to Regulatory and Administrative authority for official purposes.

Cancellation and Refunds

• No refund request can be raised if you have attended the online classroom training for more than 1 day's session or have accessed / downloaded course material from the learning portal.
• No refund will be provided on discounted courses
• If the student doesn’t turn up on the given schedule then no refund will be provided
• The refund request shall be raised within 7 days of commencement of the first session. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
• Note: All refunds will be processed within 14 - 20 working days of receipt of the refund request.

Health Policy of Students

• If any student has any history of any major disease or surgery in recent months, she/ he has to inform prior to admission in any course/ program. In this case, a student has to submit the fitness certificate from competent authority prior to admission.
• Misleading the information or hiding the information may lead to cancelling the admission at any point time. In this case, no fee will be refunded to students.

Legal Compliance

• All the points of T&C or contract shall be deemed to have at Ahmedabad (Gujarat) India. All the rules and regulations shall be enforced in accordance with the laws of India
